What every quote request needs
Dimensions (48x40 GMA is standard, but specify), grade (new / A / B / mixed), treatment (HT for ISPM-15 or untreated), block vs stringer, four-way vs two-way entry, max load weight, monthly volume estimate, delivery vs pickup, and your DC's receiving hours.
