1. What's your delivery radius and lead time on a full truckload? 2. Can you commit to a weekly or monthly standing order? 3. Do you offer ISPM-15 (HT) inventory? 4. What's your grading standard — and can I inspect a sample load? 5. What happens when I have damaged pallets to return? 6. Do you offer haul-off / pickup of empty pallets? 7. What's your minimum order quantity?
Red flags
No physical yard address, no IPPC number when asked, refusal to do a sample load, vague answers about grading, or pricing that's significantly below regional benchmarks — all warrant deeper diligence.
